• Band V · 401–500 Critical → Escalation + surgeon review

3. Mobile protocol steps

Confirm each step works in the client's home.

• Arrival — GPS check-in + home setup
• Diaphragmatic breathing
• Clear cervical + axillary nodes
• Trunk MLD (avoid incision sites)
• Distal limb MLD
• Light cross-fiber (early fibrosis)
• Compression garment check

4. Escalation criteria

• Redness + heat → Surgeon review
• Fluid leakage → Booking blocked
• Band V (401–500) → Admin escalation queue
• Surgeon clearance pending → Booking blocked until cleared

5. Signatures + gate
